By comparison, this phone was VERY easy to activate and set up, and Verizon isn't even selling them yet!

I love Sprints technology, but their customer service has always been a thorn in my side. I LOVE cancelling service with Sprint...I've done it 3 times! I HATE initiating service with them...done that 3 times too. Why 3 times? I keep coming back to them for their technology. I went to Sprint for the Q phone (first ones to offer it), They had the first Palm phone (the original Qualcomm unit), then they were first with the PCMCIA modem.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about the i330 when you get it up and running.
