I'd agree with that and I think most Americans would. The Brits did a rather good job (unfortunately not perfect) of infecting other areas of the world with democracy. :-)

No question about it. I get to Canada to go fishing almost every year and it feels like home. Nice people, nice land, good beer, great pike but terrible Cigarettes!
