While I was glad to hear Brinker let a QQQuestion past the screener...

After listening to the call, I don't think it was intentional. This person posted a way to hear it suite101.com
He says it is the same lady that tried to ask BillF a similar QQQ question so perhaps she has been trying for some time?

BTW, I think Brinker made a mistake in his answer. He said 20 to 50% of CASH RESERVES in his bulletin. On the call he says or implies 20 to 50% of 65%. What he forgets is he told people after the market went down that he was "comfortable with them being 100% out."

A conservative person could very easily read his bulletin and decide to put 30% of cash reserves or 30% of their total if they took the whole thing out.

Also, why would a market timer recommend 50% in bonds? A 50:50 portfolio is an admission you can't time the market.
