Hi G and RtS, I'm thinking we need to be very diligent regarding an excellent buying opportunity. With a missile flying in the Japan Sea ,troops staging North and South of Iraq,all forms of fossil fuel popping to historic highs, - it is not unreasonable to expect the Doom and Gloom boys to hype the end of the world. This kind of noise is the stuff that makes VIX spikes and selloffs (down volume to up volume 6-9 to 1) and put/call ratios over 1.0. I liked how Nvls resisted the selloff yesterday and the Sox will succumb to this impending decline. I'm hopefull we see relative strengths with the SOX showing resilience vs S&P. IF this is a quick and successful war (and I expect it to be) once again technology will have shown the oppressive how easily carnage can rain down from the defenders of freedom - all at a comfortable distance. This will be the propellant of the next global wave of technological advancement. It has been 3 years of decline for the tech world.Rightsizing and inventory burn-off has been painfully accomplished.These overbuilt bubbles have been made much more difficult and greatly curtailed by terrorism. It has been a perfect storm. I believe we will unmercifully show the globe that terrorism has no place to hide.This will be surgically implemented completely by and thru the power of technology. The benefit of technology and it's brutal punishment will eliminate terrorism's breeding grounds and make a giant step towards its elimination. Technology will be revitalized and its mantra of being a "cure all" will gain one more stripe - Peace maker. We are about thru the storm - however we have one last wonderful opportunity to prove one's beliefs. It will be marked with much indecision. YUP guys we've got to do it one more time - You have to KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW _ and BELIEVE. A bottom dip here will be the great generational dip to buy at a huge bottom. Buckle down boys - the bell for the next round is about to ring. Bob
