Did you have to buy all new clothes after you quit?

Any one who has ever smoked for ant length of time doesn't need the Surgeon General to tell them that they are doing themselves no favor. Nothing like that hacking cough and waking up in the morning with your lungs felling like the inside of a coal mine.

In fairness to anyone still smoking and thinking of quitting, let me mention that I got urges for years after I quit. It was probably 5 or more years before they stopped.

OTOH, studies indicate that after about 5 years, cancer and heart disease risks return to those of non-smokers.
