Yeah, "recently", but recently enough that the EL deal gets footnoted as a "related party transaction"? I guess we'll see when the year end filings come out in a month or so.

BTW, Rothenberg does look like a very capable and well connected guy, but how many ways into the sports world does FSTW really need. Remember, that was Simmons' background as well. OTOH, it is a step outside Atlanta tech circles - way outside.
