IMHO, you had an ok trade going there, but a couple things to always keep an eye on on the NQ:

20sma on the 5 minute chart (acted as support on the first retracement after your long entry. As long as this holds, you should stay with it, above your stop.)

50ema on the 5 minute chart (first resistance after 20sma - this is where your long stalled out, temporarily. I often short at the first test of the 50ema5 - it is an 80% winning setup and often has zero drawdown. Cover half at the 20sma5 support, and hold the rest with a stop at BE.)

Time of day - most days, and esp. after a morning trend, between 11-2 EST is whipping time on the NQ. Better to sit it out. It will just drive you nuts if you are trying to wiggle-trade it.
