Hi dabum - I have followed your strategy on TE ,EP and RRI for the most part (wait for the trend up from support with some volume, ride the trend until it ends or gets to resistance) I tend hold too long to sell after they are off the highs, but still making good profits.

With CRK I like it too much. The idea of an unhedged gassy E&P that's highly leveraged - it's like steak in front of a dog.

My expecatation is they will report monster cash flows and earnings causing the stock to jump or gap up. I expect the same wtih RRI's re-finance. I want to be on board for the ride.

Wise move brother.

After seeing APA and APC top out yesterday, I sold my only VPI for a very small gain but it's better than a loss. I hated to sell since VPI's chart looks good, but the leaders are not looking so good.

Jim

Dabum, during the mania, stocks stayed overbought for months. It's possible that were going to see that in energy soon. So far energy has been able to stay strong despite the weakness of the overall market, which is one of the more bullish indicators IMO. What happens when the market finds a bottom?
