the problem may be ad blocking - look at the ad blocking features in the firewall. They use pattern matching. Look for anything with Amer in it and remove that string from being blocked.

jmedved's reply about ad blocking is right on the mark. I use Adsubtract ad blocker and streamer does not work until I disable it. I also use Zone Alarm but have all the ad blocking and cookie controls off.
