How can you go wrong when you team Steve Martin and Queen Latifah in a comedy?

Bringing Down the House did just that,

this is the funniest laff out loud movie since fat greek wedding.

Finally saw "The Life of David Gale".

Two thumbs up. Good plot. Interesting twists. Dark subject matter.

Some scenes overplayed. Especially Spacey's bouts with alcoholism. Gratuitous sex scenes weren't necessary. The same impact could have been had without the close-ups.

Thought provoking. We left the theater discussing the various aspects of the movie.

If you're paying attention to the dialog, the surprise ending won't be a big surprise.

I thought the intern's transition from pain-in-the-butt sidekick to key participant could have been made more believable.
