Sure sounds like justification to me.
Do you have any idea why the Iranians were so angry at us back in 1979/1980?!? Because in the early 1950s we squashed a budding democracy in Iran and installed the brutal dictator, the Shah of Iran, and supported his brutal regime, including his repressive security apparatus known as SAVAK, for decades until they had enough and overthrew him. All done in the name of protecting the interests of U.S. oil companies. We supported Saddam in the 1980s because we were afraid that the Iranian muslim revolution would spread across the rest of the Middle East.

So you really are part of the "Blame America First" contingent, eh?

They Iranians already had their revolution, dunce. It wasn't necessary for them to kidnap. They could have just broken relations with the US and kicked the diplomats out. That's the way civilized nations do these things.

Not that I would expect you to understand that.
