ATA, "should be able to figure out . . ."

I disagree somewhat, in that I think it is incumbent on the writer, if he is not displaying a chart, to at least mention the timeframe of the chart of his scenario so that we know whether he is referring to a daily or intraday-timeframe chart. And with E-wave being a subjective form of TA with several potential counts at any given time, if one doesn't give the timeframe detail then the reader is somewhat lost. I mean, it's not that much more difficult for the writer to add just a few more words to his post to be more easily understood ("5-minute chart on COMP from Thursday's high" etc).

Although I understand what you're saying about having E-wave educated boardmembers, I agree more with Allan's comments about such posts being "painful" and "nearly impossible to track" and those words are coming from someone who everyone here acknowledges is a proficient E-wave student.

If this we trade flat for a few more hrs (small range- maybe even valid now?), inverse H&S possibility on a lot of stuff over past few days, pointing to a move higher into EOM...

edit: Am flat and am waiting for a real trend to establish

I dont think every comment needs a chart. It's near impossible to create a chart and get it uploaded and linked in time for it to be of use for a lot of short term stuff.

I disagree. It is not the case that a decent trader is so overcome by a surprise turn of events that he comes up with a completely new interpretation (count) that has to be shared "right away!"

One follows a scenario for days or hours. One has plenty of time to put together a chart. Post the chart at some point and then keep referring to it and repost the link in every message.

I do not think it is fruitful to discuss how to make prose more readable. If that were possible, then pictures would only be worth 100 words.

Post a chart or don't post. If you don't know how to posts charts, then learn. Am I supposed to take seriously a trader who can not figure out how to post a graphic to the web? C'mon.

Cheers
