That's what I meant that the government and the elite loot the country, which is what is happening in Russia again. again ? i don't think it has ever stopped... not to mention the dangers for the outsiders who get entangled in whatever inside scrum may be going on... your point is well understood.... i was just trying to add those countries where "democracy" is becoming the excuse for the tyranny of the masses... where under the premise that "the good of the many --short term-- has a higher priority than long term common sense... [and we know which countries those are]
