But what you're calling for is an improvement to the system... there should be more of an educational component to HeadStart than there is now. >A complete waste. Kindergarten was the headstart of the past. School really starts at first grade. Since when? I had 44 kids in my kindergarten, and every single one of them could read before the first grade, most thanks to kindergarten. -Z
