This group is run specifically by strategic marketing using data mining techniques. For all those who understand database concepts it is important to migrate this knowledge towards the Administrations "Political Database" to understand. They have an idea, develop "Key words" to describe it and float them in focus groups which are directionally accurate by quantitatevly unreliable. The focus groups are supposed to be used to structure the ideas and key words to be used in in-depth, quantifiable research. It's like getting married after the first date because you have a really good feeling this is the one. And this is our fate. Decisions are made based on ideas pondered for days or hours rather than months and years.
