There is nothing so important going on in California right now that it can't wait until the next election. LOL- right you are! Oil is $40 so nobody can drive anywhere. Tech companies are toast since the war is freezing what little capex we might have had otherwise, and any tiny little bit of growth we might have had after this recession is going to get squenched by the tax increases Davis is going to put through. Inflation will cause Greenspan to raise rates at least somewhat and that will kill real estate (it is declining already)... So yeah, we're toast.
