Jim...We seem to disagree on interest rates. My feeling is that the Fed will hold these low rates and even lower them a bit more.

Dear JW,
I thought both your articles were very informative. I sent them to my Uncle who is a retired house builder, now sitting in Arizona watching his sons do what he did.

He wants to take the $250k he has in gold and PM stocks and give it to his sons to build houses in Phoenix. I am trying to talk him out of it!!

At that age you can't afford to be stuck in that kind of fixed asset.
