Latvia, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Others:
Western Europe:
Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, and of course the UK.

25 years ago, Saddam hadn't gassed his people, used chemicals on his people, killed his son-in-laws, terrorized and murdered hundreds of thousands of people, hadn't invaded Kuwait, set fire to the oil fields, and hadn't had the UN tell him to get rid of ALL WMD in 1994.

It does make one wonder what kind of advice and recommendations Rumsfeld gave him.
