Do you honestly believe Hussein will allow a UN peacekeeping force to actively participate in his "administration" of Iraq? Since some of the abuses have already been "monitored," how would you propose to enforce his compliance? I like your train of thought here but am not sure where it leads except back where we are. As for containment, modern weapons (particularly those of significant range) make anything but verifiable disarmament rather moot. Your thoughts?--MK--
