Sorry pal. France is the one who helped Saddam Hussein develop nuclear weapons. (And made lots of money that way). That is why they are so unhappy now that all their hard work will be for naught.

The French were VERY unhappy when the Israelis blew up their Iraqi nuclear reactor in the 1980's. VERY unhappy.
