Hi Gloop:

Unfortunately its not just the oil but natural gas as well. The oil situation short term can be corrected once the middle east situation is resolved. The natural gas situation is a different matter.

Totally agree. We're going down. California is heading for double digit unemployment, and real estate is set to decline. Can AG raise rates here? I doubt it. But if tech stocks don't decline coming up real soon.... they won't. Just stay flat.
