Yes, if Saddam hadn't made himself such an obvious target, we might have chozen some other nation as the First Middle East Domino. Or maybe moved N. Korea up to #2 on the RegimeChange list. Hopefully, our enemies will make more mistakes than we are, and we'll muddle through to victory, or at least avoid disaster.

But it ain't pretty, and it ain't gonna get any prettier. N. Korea is next, and if we display the same ineptness at coalition-building in E.Asia, as in the Middle East,
we'll fail there.
