CDX --

$100 million to be paid out after IRS ruling and $200 million in common to be issued to current shareholders?

There are 86 million shares currently outstanding. If the 30 cent per quarter equates to a $1.20, going forward, dividend, then I like this transaction.

Paul -- what's your view? My take: 6% dividend (REIT to begin 1/1/04), 5+% gain in gain from taxable distribution of $100 million spread over 86 m shares, and I'm not clear on the $200 million in common distribution.....Interesting.
