We figured you could just jimmy the locks. Then we'll bring up the battering ram. :-) How about a post or two just laying out the case as you see it, then you get off the thread? We can pick it up from there. You are correct about some closed minds there, though. This is a little exchange I had with one of them yesterday. They since have disappeared from the thread, but not the site. I think they don't want to deal with this issue any more. It seems we would be beter off adhering to the COnstitution and acting in communion with the international community on treaties and processes already agreed upon.
