CIA's initial decision to dismiss Hamza emanated from the fact that his first contacts were arranged by the Iraqi National Congress, a dissident group the CIA distrusted in the 1990s. I cannot imagine that being the only reason why they would call him a liar and refuse to milk him for all the info he had. Look at the guy's CV. And I also wonder why David Albright, his former mentor in the US and ex-nuclear inspector in Iraq is having doubts.
