Congrats on your RGLD move.

I have a suspicion that the gold stocks will have a positive close for the week, as they did last week. I continue to increase my positions in the belief that the new dollar lows tell the real story.

BTW, ain't it nice how the Canadian stocks continue to benefit from the strengthening Loonie?

I just spent 5 days in the desert trying to figure out why I'm wrong on Barrick and I now know that I am wrong but it's not the hedge book that's the issue. Two things come to mind. PEs are important as are NAVs and the respective premiums. Both are going down to record levels with respect to gold equities.

It looks like the market is taking a harder view at countries and the political risk therein. This is the new variable.
