I think too many people are overthinking this war. I think it is already priced in regardless. Shit, we have had how many months to ponder war. We know it is going to happen. Bush would not send all those troops over there if it wasn't a sure thing.

I think the only unknown is if Saddam goes into exile. That would spark a short term large rally.
