There was nothing particularly inciteful on the t- shirt. Any expectation of trouble was speculative: they didn't even wait until there was a verbal confrontation. On its face, making an issue of the t- shirts was unreasonable, and even if the mall were within its rights, I consider it unAmerican to do something like that, as it violates the spirit of the First Amendment too patently.......
