You are correct. I heard the same and wished someone asked to confirm the current production capability of the NI plant. How about someone raising this issue at the next call and clear the issue?

It is understandable that the NI plant may not be ACTUALLY producing at full capacity without a PO in place. The stock price "holding pattern" seems to indicate that investors are waiting and hoping for PO's/revenues.

VLNC only has 2 or 3 quarters to accomplish this since Berg's credit line will run out soon. (There is a chance for further dilution when Berg funds production costs for a large order.)

Revenue guidance is about $1MM for the current quarter, primarily from the sale of N-Charge and PDA batteries. At this rate, $4MM estimated revenue for the calendar year 2003 will not be enough. Ram
