Great idea. Just like we have done for the last 12 years? We've done nothing like it ever. THere have not been troops there, there has not been a credible threat of force behind the inspections, and there has not been a UN military presence in the country. What we have had is a fairly powerless inspection process, no flys, and crippling sanctions that punished the Iraqi people. Stormin Norman came home too soon. Another Bush Sr mistake.
