Let me add that it took the UN inspectors FOUR YEARS with TWENTY TIMES as many inspectors as they have now to find those biological weapons in 1995.

For Wayne I'd add that doing nothing is the easy way. It was the easy way in 1935 when Hitler marched into the Rhineland in violation of the Versailles Treaty too.
