One of the eventual implications of courts WRITING laws, or fabricating non-existent constitutional rights (as in Roe v Wade) is that, eventually, the people of our republic take their country back from the courts. With the Democrats hell-bent on going down the drain, the Republican-dominated Congresses of the 2nd Bush term may commonly engage in this much-needed reform... washtimes.com

AS, You can keep saying it but no one will buy it. Lieberman lost and will lose again because he threw out his foundation of morality to join Gore. Kerry will try to run in the middle because he has no chance from Ted's shadow. Kerry will fail. Tipper Gore was doing great things until she joined the Clinton ticket. Now everyone laughs at her.
