But it's not Core, it's a peripheral issue, fairly easily finessed. And their Welfare State is a Legacy System, which they know, and have been slowly dismantling for the last 20 years. Israel as a collective of socialist Kibbutzim, is history. The Core issue, the issue of overriding importance, is how it helps achieve peace, a peace on our terms in the Middle East.
