Yes, he is underweight U.S. I have taken a more direct approach and been short the dollar during its decline.

Nevertheless, I believe I am right that the dollar's decline will boost earnings over the coming years and this will outweigh the negative implications of foreigners who are leery about U.S. assets. Remember, even if the dollar returns to its lows of the last 20 years, we are already more than halfway through the decline.

Hi GV, what's tanking INTC today? INTC $15.931 -6.18% -4.60%

Do you see anything wrong with:

- "current quarter revenue of $6.6 billion to $6.8 billion, compared to the previous range of $6.5 billion to $7.0 billion."
- "microprocessor business is trending slightly above expectations"

Is it a GM issue?
- "Gross margins should be slightly below the midpoint range of 50 percent"
