90% of blacks vote DEMOCRAT. So how can the dem party descriminate when blacks ARE in fact the Dem Party, at least a big part of it? Colin Powell is the best man in the Bush Administration but Gore said he would also appoint Powell. So why Bush much credit? Powell is a moderate and perhaps not even a Republican. Condi Rice was paid millions by the oil industry. She's bought and paid for by Bush's buddies at Chevron. She's a real enigma otherwise. Hard to figure out how she qualified for that big job. Tokenism?
