They're really not that good at creating anything simple to operate. Though I believe Apple's ease of use is oversold, I think they have a much better chance of creating this "killer appliance." The iPod interface is far and away the simplest and best for any MP3 player. Problem is, they're intent upon controlling the hardware as well, and won't let Sony or anyone else in. - Allen
