Let's go back in time to Summer 2001. Let's just say that at that time the USA did have "credible evidence" (gathered by various sources including on-the-ground undercover CIA agents, spy satellites, etc) that convinced President George W. Bush that there was a "clear and present danger" to the USA of "something very big" in the way of a terrorist attack or attacks on the USA mainland. Let's say that all the evidence pointed to Osama Bin Laden and Afganistan. Bush wants to go into Afganistan with the military. Now take all the people that are protesting against George W. Bush's military positioning against Iraq, and what do you think they would have been saying in this hypothetical situation back in Summer of 2001? Of course all of these people who are currently protesting military action against Iraq would have been howling bloody murder. And you know darn well that if anyone in the USA in August of 2001 would have said that terrorists were planning on ramming four airliners all at once into the largest buildings in NY and Wash. DC, that person would have been laughed off as an alarmist wacko. You know damn well that's true! So quit your whining. Remember 9/11 !!!! Disarm Saddam Now !!!!
