Well, those 18 policy issues during the first 100 days, mostly international policies.

Hands-off on middle east
effectively ending the North Korea 1994-deal (already as elect president)

plus all the other unilateral things.

Many basically just to be "not-Clinton", say those who try to be friendly..
(and not going into the Wolfowotz Doctrine from 1991??92?)

While many of your points are valid, I can't agree with your view that war with Iraq should be avoided. The world is a different place after 9/11. The middle east is a mixed brew of terrorists, despots, dictators, monarchists, women haters and religious fundamentalists and to my mind the place looks like it is going to hell and wanting to take the U.S. with it. You might be satisfied with the status quo, but I believe your view will only lead to more violence and harm to the U.S.
