He made war against Iran, and invaded Kuwait. Saddam would rather have sanctions against his country, for many years, rather than give up his huge weapon cache of poison gases, and biologics. Saddam funds terrorism in the Middle East, and harbors terrorists. I can see why someone like you can't fathom why Saddam is a dangerous threat! <g>
