So, because our enemy has hurt us, that gives us the right to violate international law, and ignore the treaties we have signed, about the treatment of prisoners of war and criminals. That's your position?

What goes around, comes around. If that is the U.S. position (and it appears to be), we can't expect any enemy army we face to respect the Geneva Conventions, when they capture U.S. soldiers. More Unilateralism.
