This article doesn't come to the obvious conclusion... that
France is a second rate power soon to become a third rate
power. Even more obvious is that Belgium (with its dirtiest
water in the world) will fall to a fifth rate country.

The French are in the process of riding the UN to irrelevance having recently damaged its standing in NATO
and soon to be expanded EU.

The Russians and Chinese are most likely enjoy watching the
breakdown of these alliances.

"In all my encounters and travels I have yet to meet a person who is for the war."

Maybe he should quit hanging around exclusively with bleeding hearts and artists. That single sentence destroys his credibility in the matter.

Freench forces under attack. washingtonpost.com

What authority are the French using in IvoryCoast?
Is it that IvoryCoastians are not well-brought-up?
Sounds like
the french ought to leave the big leagues and concentrate
at their own level.
