So when California started having energy problems it was Bush's fault? Clinton was the president and Bush hadn't even been nominated to run for the office. Amazing.

Even were you correct in the cause of that specific factor, it doesn't add up to what we've experienced by a stretch, and doesn't account for the mysticism required to accept your recent statements.
