There was once a senator from Texas, I think his name was Spence. And he once made the following comment [paraphrased]: Prohibition has about has much chance of being repealed as a humingbird flying backwards to the moon. Shortly thereafter, they stopped busting people for serving alcohol, and everyone was drinking and having a grand ole' time. I raise the point because I think Bush's plan for spreading democracies in tribal MiddleEast areas as about as much chance of succeeding as the humingbird flying backwards to the moon. Why? Because what they'll be drinking is water filled with blood.
