It would also free up some of our prisons and reduce the exorbitant monies needed for the prosecutions of marijuana users.

Perhaps it would help ease the budgets of several states that are now in the deep red.

I think it's time we changed our tactical plan in the war of drugs. We have been getting our butts kicked for decades. ( literally and figuratively ) LOL
