'I bet you had to type all the names of those countries out individually to'

I would advise against making such a bet, because you'd lose, i copied and pasted those countries from the usinfo.state.gov url which i supplied at the bottom of that list ... here it is again - usinfo.state.gov

Is this a trait that comes automatically with espousing of the arrogance of dictatorial unilateralism, this business of posting with but slight reading and thought done first, or do you think it a pre-existing condition and perhaps instrumental in selection of the sad course chosen?

'Based on the Flags you have posted on your profile'

Lol, those aren't all flags ... may i present Tezcatlipoca - aztlan.net

... and his good buddy Wotan - aztlan.net

These represent the scandahoovian-greaser coalition, one of those tiny crystals forming in the minds of mankind that are hoped to lead to ...... oh wait, you better sit down for this, maybe take another downer and wash it down with corn likker -

.

... multilateralism

.. lol ... there are two flags on my bio as well, they are la bandera mexicana and a pre-Pearson-pennant flag we call the red ensign ..... neither of them represent hatred in any way shape or form, in fact quite the opposite, in both design and use they both represent the coming together in cooperative manner of the races and nationalities of other places ... in other words, they both carry the message of ..... oh wait, you better sit down again, and hold that prozac tight -

.

.

... multilateralism

<I would suspect that you are going to be very unhappy with the outcome of world events for the next few years. >

Lindy, remember when taking on Afghanistan brought warnings of quagmires, reminding of the 19th century defeat and complete killing of 10,000 or so British soldiers. That seemed to me absurd. The outcome was obvious [thanks of course to the excellent Kiwi SAS up in the mountains calling in the fire from the USA pilots]. So it came to pass. Now, Al Qaeda is all but defeated. Sure, there are many around the world wanting to do stuff, but without leadership, the fight goes out of people. Osama's scuttling around somewhere. His 2ic is in the pokey. His sons are caught [which might be a trick to get him to try to contact them and they aren't really caught]. They'll be scrambling for survival now. Richard Reid was a joke - so different from the Jackpot on 911 but other than a few nasties like Bali, Al Q hasn't done much and I doubt can.

Now, Saddam! For a while I've been predicting a 110 minute war [the time it takes a Globalstar satellite to get once round the world at 1414 km altitude]. Some silly Iraqi soldiers tried to jump the gun and surrender before it was time, which would have spoiled my prediction.

Sensibly, the bemused USA troops sent them back to wait for the official call to surrender, explaining that they were only testing their guns. Sorry fellas. I hope they gave them a few packages of food to see them through the next week or so. It can't be much fun sitting in the desert defending Saddam against the USA and co.

Too many people surrendering like that and my 110 minutes will be way too long. King George II is going to show his 100 hour war Dad how things are done these days.

This will be an internet time war. Internet time runs really fast!

Then, after the war against Saddam is over, without the last women and children standing having to be shot, France can be invited to participate in a new United Nations constitution which makes sense. I suggest the meetings be held in Saddam's palaces, which I hope the USA isn't going to destroy. A lot of people laboured mightily and no doubt at the cost of some of their lives, to build those palaces. It would be stupid to destroy them.

They could be the basis for a New World Order. Each palace could be responsible for a region of the world. Iraq is nice and central. It has lots of oil, which could fund the New World Order. It has lots of people who would love to have a decent job for $1 an hour.

When the USA/UK have sorted out Saddam, next week by the sound of it, the fun part can begin.

This is great! I'm amazed at how many people are wringing their hands on the horrors that are to befall us. Since the Jackpot, things have gone swimmingly for the Good Guys and very, very badly for Al Q.

110 minutes, [but no cheating allowed].
