<<ISI said it had called the unprecedented news conference to counter “flak” from Western media that it was not doing enough to cooperate in the US-led war on terror. Three ISI officials present at the briefing described in detail the March 1 raid and elaborated on evidence found on Sheikh Mohammed and from his interrogations. They said US electronic surveillance of telephone calls was one factor, but it was backed up by human intelligence, the nature of which could not be revealed.

The raid and capture was led “purely by ISI” the official said. However another official has told AFP that US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operatives were stationed outside the house during the raid. Some 18 officers carried out the raid. >>

N.B. My gut feeling they must have someone very important from Al Qaeda caged, they will release the news with UN vote on security council, I can be way off the mark but this press conference thing and statement of them being hours behind make me feel hopeful, lets hope for the best.
