and Saxe protected us long ago from buyouts or from licensing companies like 3M... Don't you fear that REFR could be ultimately successful once Saxe does no longer "protect" you from doing business deals? You behave like a company insider, not like the typical shareholder. Because...,as a shareholder I would rather ask the president/ceo to maximise shareholder value (and a ceo not succumbing to the goal of maximising value for OUTSIDE shareholders would likely be in breach of his fiduciary duties). Now I guess that you are indeed a company insider.
