The idea that speaking out against "every deviation from the norm" will get you charged and (probably) convicted of a hate crime is absurd. You must have a very misinformed idea of Canadian criminal law if you fail to recognize the absurdity.

"However if you speak out against any of it you will be charged, tried and probably convicted of hate crimes."

AJs point was that these behaviors are..."coddled and nurtured".

Then his point was without merit.
