All=All meaning France, Germany, Russia, China, US, UK The difference between the "sides" is that the US/UK WANT to go to war to get what they want and the others want to avoid war to keep whatever it is that they have and avoid other collateral damage that war will cause. But the essential motivation of ALL is money and power. The spin is "humanitarian motivations" in their varying flavors. Namaste! Jim
