NCN is starting to show reasons for concern. A few days ago we had a long red candle. This type of pattern forming at the top of a trend is sending a warning, one that shouldn't be ignored.

The next 3 days saw above average volume and the 3 days combined couldn't make up for the loss of that one day. Today we're in the process of seeing another long red candle.

These are the subtle signs that show weakness. Signs that too many people ignore before giving up precious profits. If we were in a bull market and not approaching shoulder season, one could be a little more patient in the hope that these warning signs were merely a little profit taking.

I don't know whether NCN will break down totally. I do know it's starting to show weakness. Those with profits ..... well, you know the drill.
